When is the application deadline?
[Package booths]
The application deadline will be announced at a later date.
[Space-only booths and Shell scheme booths]
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications may close without prior notice once the floor plan layout has been finalized.
Payment
What is the payment deadline?
The total participation fee must be paid within 14 days after receiving the invoice.

Booths
What types of booths are available (Space-only, Shell Scheme, Package)?
[Space-only Booth]
This booth type provides space only, based on the selected area. Exhibitors must appoint a separate booth construction contractor. For safety reasons, contractors are limited to those officially designated by BEXCO (please refer to Notices – Official Partner Contractors).
Minimum application for space only booths is 2 booths.
[Shell Scheme Booth]
This booth includes basic exhibition facilities and utilities. It comes with a standard design, including wall panels and a fascia sign with the company name. Construction and dismantling are carried out entirely by the organizer, and design modifications are not permitted.
If additional utilities such as electricity or internet are required, please apply via
“Participation Guide > Application for Participation > Utility Application.”
[Package Booth]
This booth includes booth design, construction, and utilities as a complete package.

Is it possible to adjust the size of a package booth?
If you wish to apply for a package booth larger than Package A or B, please contact the Secretariat at wsce_bexco@naver.com for further assistance.

Is it mandatory to apply for utilities?
[Space-only booths]
Only the exhibition space is provided. Therefore, if electricity, internet, or other utilities are required, you must apply for them separately.
[Shell scheme and package booths]
Basic utilities are provided by default. If additional utilities are needed beyond what is included, you may apply accordingly.
Others
Are there any additional fees required besides the booth fee to participate in the exhibition?
In principle, there are no additional participation fees beyond the booth fee.
However, additional costs may apply if you request extra services such as utilities required for booth operation.
