Exhibitor Guide

step 1. Registration
Order your booth online or send the filled-out registration form to smartcity@kintex.com by email.
step 2. Payment
The deposit(50% of total booth fee) must be paid within 14 days of receiving the invoice. The remaining balance must be made within 30 days.
step 3. Additional facilities order
Additional facilities such as internet, electricity must be ordered 7 days prior to the exhibition

Space-Only Booth: We provide only an empty space on the floor. Exhibitors are responsible for supplying and creating their own booths using contractors approved by KINTEX. (Minimum 2 booths should be ordered)

Modular Booth: We provide exhibition space of 9m² along with a pre-built booth.

Included Items: Signboard, 2 fluorescent light (40W), 3 spotlights (100W), Carpet, 2 electricity socket (220V, 1KW), 1 info desk and 1 chair, 1 roundtable and 1 chair
